1. Accuracy.
The actual bracelets produced will be exact to the artwork approved by the customer. If the actual bracelet does not match the artwork approved, we will reproduce the bracelets at no additional cost to you.

2. Quality Assurance. 
We assure you that the bracelets are guaranteed good quality. They will not snap off, nor will the ink fade. If in any case there is a defect with production, we will reproduce your bracelets free of charge.

3. Refund Policy. 
Once the order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled. It is the customers responsibilty to confirm the order that it is accurate.

4. Copyrights / Infringements.
 We will not be held liable of any copyrights or infringements issues. It is the duty of the customer to make sure that the bracelet will not infringe any other company’s rights.

5. Schedule.
 We will do our best to produce the bracelets by the time schedule described, however, we do request a time margin from customers for a couple additional days for production. If in any case of any special events or non-working holidays, it will then be delayed. We will not be liable of any delays by the Shipping Courier, customs, or providing an incorrect shipping address. If the bracelets are needed on a specific date, please advise us beforehand.
